These proceedings are necesary:
- the user sends the MAC /Hardware address of the private computer to the departments tech support
- with this address the laptop will be integrated into the universities software management ystem
- the computer will be designated as an unmanaged machine
- the private computer will be named.
- naming convention: A*department number*-*computer type-*first five digits of the persons surname plus the first digit of the given name**number of the users machines*
- name examples: A526-N-MAIERT01, A708-D-FRANZE07
- naming - machine types: N = Notebook /Laptop; D = Desktop (PC); P = Printer
- the user now can order the software
