What?

If you want to change a "," for a "." on the numpad, or create a complete customized keyboard layout, you can do both.

How?
  • Download the Microsoft tool.
  • Install the tool.
  • Start the tool and then start to customize.
  • Save your new profile.
  • If the user is not a local administrator, the new keyboard layout has to be started with admin privileges.
