What?
If you want to change a "," for a "." on the numpad, or create a complete customized keyboard layout, you can do both.
How?
- Download the Microsoft tool.
- Install the tool.
- Start the tool and then start to customize.
- Save your new profile.
- If the user is not a local administrator, the new keyboard layout has to be started with admin privileges.
