If you have been redirected to this page this most likely means you have tried to download a long-expired file uploaded to ACOnet FileSender or tried to upload a file to FileSender using an upload voucher that originated in an earlier instance of this service and is also no longer valid. I have recieved a "Guest voucher" but that only redirects me here!
As part of the FileSender Upgrade December 2020 we needed to halt the uploading of any new files to the old system (otherwise we could have never replaced the old system with the new, much improved one). That means FileSender "vouchers" (i.e., invitations to upload files) sent to you from the old system (i.e., before Dec 2, 2020) will no longer work – irrespective of the claimed "valid until" date from the voucher email you may have recieved. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by that.
How can I upload the required files then?
Please contact the person having sent you the upload invitation and ask them to send you another one. Feel free to point them to this page. 
How can I download the needed files then?
We no longer have them. Please contact the person that intended to send you those files.
(ACOnet FileSender is only suitable for transient storage while sharing large files with other people, not for permanent storage.)
