Managed Devices (MDs) are computers for or workstations where where only a small selection of software will be used.
Changes to the configuration are not planned here, which is why these MDs are mainly intended for administration.
No individual, independent installation of software is possible on these computers, the users have no administrative rights.
Updates and data encryption are handled by the ZID if the device is restarted regularly.
