It is not possible anymore to apply for remission of the tuition fee for reasons of employment, as the Austrian Consitutional Constitutional Court has withdrawn § 92 (5) UG 2012 due to unconstitutionality on 30 June 2018. No new regulation has been introduced so far. This is a matter within the sole jurisdiction of the federal legislator and therefore cannot be regulated by the universities themselves.
