As part of the FileSender Upgrade December 2020 we needed to halt the uploading of any new files to the old system (otherwise we could have never replaced the old system with the new, much improved , one). That means FileSender "vouchers" (i.e., invitations to upload files) sent to you from the old system (i.e., before Dec 2, 2020) will no longer work – irrespective of the claimed "valid until" date from the voucher email you may have recieved. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by that.
