This workaround can be used in the event that a user is not automatically redirected to the University of Vienna's web login page when clicking the Recruiting Tool link, but instead ends up on the SAP SuccessFactors page and is more or less stranded there until they enter the respective Firmenkennung/Company ID of the University.
Here is a step-by-step guide to solve this issue:
1. The user is stranded at this page
2. In the designated field where it says “Firmenkennung eingeben” simply type the word “univie” as shown in the following screenshot, and then confirm it by clicking the arrow next to it.
3. After that, the user should be redirected to the University of Vienna web login page, where they need to log in as usual.
4. Et voilà – the user is back on the Recruiting Tool!
