If you're experiencing an issue where you can't print in color, the problem stems from misconfigured drivers of the u:printer. However, you can resolve it by following these steps.
Type "Printers & Scanners" into the Windows search bar to open the settings panel where you can manage printers and scanners.
In this dropdown menu (as shown in the screenshot below) select the configuration type "Color (A4)"/"Farbe (A4)"
Confirm the the configuration by clicking on Apply / Übernehmen - afterwards check if the configuration type (Farbe A4) is set correctly, if this is the case press "OK".
Perfect, now you should be able to print in color with the u:print printer. However, if that fix did not work for you please let us know via service desk ticket at IT GEO Servicedesk
