Applicable only from the Microscope Room Machine
Note that the AWS_server page may already be open, in this case skip the first 2 steps.
- From Windows Start Menu or Desktop (upper left horizontal screen), open AWS_server workplace.
- Enter the following access key: (see Slack)
- Once on the above panel, you are able to browse the server. Note that transfer are only possible to the pc-ries24 subfolder.
- Simply drag and drop the files to be transferred. We strongly recommend to create a folder with the transfer date if it does not exist yet.
- Open Filezilla from Windows Start Menu
- Open Site Manager from File tab (shortcut Crtl + s)
- Select the aws icon then click Connect
- That will take you to a page like this:
The left panel allows to browse the local machine and select files to transfer, the left one allows you to browse the remote server, create and select the directory where your files will transfer.
- After selecting all files to transfer, right-click and select Upload
