- Get the data for the practical from the server (to come data.zip).
- Unpack the input data for the practical.
- Get the demo version of CYANA for this practical (or directly from the CYANA webpage)
- Unpack CYANA.
- Go to the downloaded cyana folder
- Test whether cyana can be started by typing, './cyana'.
- Setup the CYANA environment variables.
- Go to the newly created directory 'data'.Copy the demo_data directory to 'flyabb'.
- Test whether CYANA can be started by typing its name, 'cyana'.
- Exit from CYANA by typing 'q' or 'quit'.
- Download Chimera (to your personal laptop) from: Chimera
