Summary | The PGTS is a Personal Development activity and is designed to work in conjunction with a Training Needs Analysis and a Personal Development Plan. Each student has to reach a certain amount of ECTS points by PGTS modules. The PGTS starts with an assessment of current skills and skills needed. Together with the supervisors the student develops a PDP and selects modules. Regularly progress reports and meetings with the supervisor are required. |

Constraints | The PGTS is a very comprehensive training programme. The curricula need re-written and a huge training programme has to be offered as all students are required to pass PGTS modules. |
